Professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their services

I had an appointment, I called to let them know if I can reschedule my appointment they said there was no available dates and time this week. I wanted to get a hydro facial but I was there 20 minutes late and I drove over 2 hours. I had called a day before to Change the appointment but I was told nothing was Available this week I came in 20 mins late and Mandy said she can’t do it. I should get a peel, I said I don’t want a peel for now. She told me that I won’t get the complete treatment for hydro facial which I accepted. She changed her mind again that I should get the peel. Now time is going I just want hydro facial. Then she goes that paperwork will take me 1 hour. I told her I have been here 3 times already for hydro facial how will paper work take an hour. She goes I have another appointment by 10. So If paperwork will take an hour, my face takes an hour that is 2 hours how them will you attend to the patient coming in at 10. It was so obvious I was in the wrong place.. it was a bad feeling with someone that was not ready to accommodate. Despite she was standing at that point doing nothing.

Staff is very friendly and sweet 🙂 This was my second time getting filler, and the injectors are very talented and knowledgeable. Thank you Kasey!

I was so very impressed by both the medical and the cosmetic side at dr Musick. The staff were so welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Jennifer on the medical side helped me and attended to what I needed in a very professional and caring manner. She was very thorough in my exam and fixed my issue and was so helpful. She made me feel at complete ease! I made a different appointment that day for a hydra facial with Mandi. I’ve never felt so pampered and felt so uplifting! She was amazing and told me everything she was doing so I knew what was happening. She guided me to take action in a new way to help with my wrinkles and skin care. Again another very professional yet warm experience. She was very informative and helped me start a road to a better routine in skincare . If you’ve never had a hydra facial… your missing out! Dr Musicks office and staff are top notch. They are fast and efficient and completely care about their clients. I’ve never felt so welcomed and cared for! Thank you Jennifer and Mandi for making my experience so pleasant!
